Structure

Our building is designed with a strong RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) frame that can handle strong winds and seismic activity, ensuring safety and durability.

Super Structure

The main walls are constructed using high-quality materials such as A-class moulded fly ash bricks, clay bricks, or aerated concrete blocks (AAC), which provide excellent strength and insulation.

Plastering

Both the internal and external walls receive a double coat of plastering, finished smoothly for a clean, polished look.

Drainage

We use durable CI (Cast Iron) or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes for efficient and reliable waste disposal.

Water Supply

Our water supply system is built with CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) or GI (Galvanised Iron) pipes to ensure safe and reliable water flow.

Lifts

Each block of the building is equipped with automatic passenger lifts and a service lift for convenience.

Electrical

All power outlets and air conditioners in bedrooms, living areas, and dining rooms are wired with concealed copper wiring for safety and efficiency.

Toilets

The toilets feature granite countertops with wash basins, quality CP fittings, and porcelain ware from American Standard or a similar reputable brand. Geyser provisions are also included.

Painting

  • External: The exterior walls are painted with high-quality Sandtex Matt or Weather Coat paint for durability against the elements.
  • Internal: The interior walls have a smooth finish with lappam and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint from Asian, ICI, or an equivalent brand.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a granite countertop with a stainless steel sink, and provisions for installing a water purifier, exhaust fan, and chimney.

Environment-Sensitive Planning
